After conquering Everest in 2006, Integrity Engineering’s Zoggles™ anti-fog/anti-ice technology won NASA’s coveted Create the Future international new technology competition in 2009, surpassing thousands of entries submitted by scientists and engineers from over 50 nations. Zoggles™ is the world’s first completely electronic anti-fog/anti-ice technology, with over 300 separate applications ranging from eyeglasses to astronaut space suits. Mr. Don Skomsky, inventor of Zoggles™ will be the featured speaker at the May meeting. This is the worlds first 100% electronic anti-fog technology that prevents any object from fogging or frosting. Backed by three U.S. Utility Patents, Zoggles™ controls environmental conditions to prevent condensation. This technology has been applied to eyeglasses, scuba masks, ski goggles, motorcycle helmets and binoculars. Mr. Skomsky will discuss the development path of Zoggles™ from conception, product development, patent and legal issues, business planning and commercial applications. A question and answer session will follow the presentation. American Society of Inventors Directors will be on hand to answer any questions related to the invention process.
The presentation is free and open to the public, and will be held at the offices of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, Two Liberty Place, 50 S. 16th Street, Suite 3200, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
